Artistic Swimming is a sport that combines elements of gymnastics, dance and endurance in the water, so flexibility is key to Kate and Izzy's success. Britain's leading Artistic Swimming Duet share the importance of staying connected to keep in touch with loved ones when travelling the world, and to use their a platform to communicate with their audience - whether this be to promote body confidence for young women and girls, or raise awareness of plastic pollution in the oceans.
